I would like to say that East Coast accessibility Have made a huge difference to my life by organizing to have a Stair Lift installed in our house. I can now lead a more active social life plus all those medical appointments are so much easier to get to... no more dread of the stairs. All this was done with utmost ease for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I would add that Alison who came to see me to arrange all this was very pleasant and helpful to deal with. Sincerely, Susannah Schade-Rosen

Having East Coast Accessibility Experts recently visit for modifications to my home for my safety it was an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend them for home safety modifications/renovations.

Being a Tradesman myself i could see on the first day that David and Colin were Excellent tradesmen. Nothing was ever any trouble to them and always happy and cheerful and explained to us everything they were doing and asking if that was ok with us.

‘When I do need any modifications or any changes, I’ll be ringing the home modifications crew for tradesmen, I won’t be going anywhere else. Mind you I’ll spread the word too’.
Rhonda Johnson, Bathroom & Easy Steps
The old verandah and ramp were wooden, had holes and rot everywhere and lots of ‘give’. I’m pretty proud of this one cause it was outside the box. Joanne and Karen were in tears, so grateful and hugs all round happened, awesome outcome for a lovely couple. Joanne even said she can get speed up now & can access the whole verandah and home, something she hasn’t been able to do for years 🙂

‘I used to refrain from going into the shower for fear of falling over, now I go in every morning and have one. So it’s quite good. My granddaughter comes and goes on my walker and the first thing she says is ‘Nan I can have a shower’’ – Peggy ‘Well planned and well built, really good quality building materials, and everything's new, we can have a party in there now.’ – Cheryl

The smart door in the toilet to get in and out, has been wonderful, it’s a great help to me that I won’t get stuck on the other side. It’s so easy to push one side to the other side when I get out, I don’t have to squash myself around the corner and do whirlys.’ ‘They put down little wedges so I can get out the back door, there is no step now and I can wheel my walker up and down there, so that’s very nice.’
Hazel Billingsley, Access Ramp & Smart door
‘We’ve always found them very helpful and you ring up and you don’t have to wait that long before a tradesmen will come out, the work’s always good and the price is always right, we’re always happy. Very nice they are very polite, they do their work and clean up after themselves so we’ve never had any trouble with any of them.’ ‘I don’t think there’s anything else at the moment we want, but if there is we’ll always ring the office because we think good, I have told a few people about them and they’ve also had them too which is quite good.’

It gives our daughter independence, she needs to be able to look after herself, as we get to the stage where were not going to be able to. She told us a few months ago that she wants to have her parents back, she doesn’t want us to be her carers anymore, so this gives her that opportunity. Charles (Project Manager) knew everything that was happening, got completed in the timeline that he said so I reckon it was really good. She’s now got a wheelchair accessible bathroom, in 30 years of her life she’s never ever been able to use a basin in the bathroom.
